If you’ve heard of Bungy, then you’ve heard of the Kawarau Bridge – home to the original 43-metre Bungy Jump. The world's first and most infamous of leaps is still going strong, with tens of thousands bungying each year.
You can jump your way with a number of options; tandem, foot-tie, or harness. The Kawarau Bridge Bungy is also the only bungy in Queenstown where you can choose to bob above the water, touch it, or have a full splash down!

Vital Details:
Jumper must weigh at least 35kg, be 1.2m or taller, and be 10 years or older. A parent or guardian must give written consent for anyone under 16 years. Maximum weight is 130kg. It is recommended that you consult with a staff member at A J Hackett if you are pregnant or have any of the following; High blood pressure, diabetes, dislocations, bone disorders, fragile skin, epilepsy, neurological disorders, heart conditions or asthma.
The Weather:
Occasionally extreme weather conditions and/or road conditions will close the site. It is advised to check with the operator before departure. Contact details will be supplied to you during the booking process. In the event that your flight is cancelled, you will be able to liaise with the operator directly to arrange an alternative booking.

Getting There:
The meeting point is in the centre of Queenstown. From there you will be provided with transport to your location. Check-in is 15 minutes before departure. Alternatively free parking at Kawarau Bridge is available for jumpers and spectators.
Spectators:
All spectators are welcome to attend as far as the Bungy centre.

Availability:
We recommend you book at least 21 days in advance of your preferred date. This experience operates 364 days per year – closed Christmas Day. Jumps are at 9am, 12pm and 3pm, booking with the Total Experience customer service team is essential.
