Vital Details:
You will be provided with a portable locker, for the security of your belongings. Once the mud bath part of your experience is completed, you are then required to take a cold shower to close the pores of your skin, allow the body to cool down and increase blood circulation. You may then proceed to your spa. Please advise the operator if you require a complimentary shuttle (yes/no), available from within the Rotorua area: pick up at 9am, 11.am, 1pm, 3pm and 4pm.
