You may be restricted from flying if you are extremely overweight or suffering from a medical condition. Please contact the Total Experience customer service team to discuss individual conditions.
The Weather:
Flying is weather dependent and may be cancelled during adverse conditions.
You are strongly advised to telephone the operator on the morning of your flight to confirm that the activity is taking place. All relevant contact details will be supplied to you on confirmation of your booking. In the event that your flight is cancelled, you will be able to liaise with the operator directly to arrange an alternative booking.

Getting There:
You are required to make your own way to the departure point. Public transport is available by bus and train to Papakura, then taxi to Ardmore Airfield.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome and can watch and take photographs from the veranda, but unfortunately cannot accompany participants on board the helicopter.
