Experience the ultimate in free flight. Learn the basics of paragliding with a qualified instructor as you discover how to inflate, launch and take control of your very own paraglider. Vital Details:
Almost anyone can enjoy a tandem paraglide and only a basic level of fitness is required. Naturally, certain medical restrictions may apply. You are advised to contact the Total Experience Customer Service Team to discuss any medical conditions.
The Weather:
Paragliding is weather dependent and will not take place in extreme conditions. You are strongly advised to telephone the operator on the morning of your flight to confirm that the activity is taking place.
Contact details will be supplied during the booking process. In the event that your flight is cancelled, you will be able to liaise with the operator directly to arrange an alternative booking.

Getting There:
The meeting point is in Mount Wellington, which is easily accessible by public transport. A location map will be supplied to you at the time of booking.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to view from the ground and watch as people take off and land.

What to wear:
You are advised to wear casual, comfortable trousers and top. In warm weather you should bring a hat and some sunscreen. It is advisable to bring a jacket during cooler conditions. Good running shoes or boots are also recommended.
